In the United States and in first world nations, with the increase of education. there has been an increase in the number of small families. There is a correlation between high intelligence, education, and small families. People who are highly intelligent and educated tend to believe in family planning. They know that before they have children, emotional, psychological, and socioeconomic factors must be considered. They believe in having children that they can afford. They realize also that children in order to thrive and develop, must have more than the rudiments in life. They must be exposed to the higher human needs and the better things in life such as cultural, intellectual, and cultural activities. They believe that having children should not be a happenstance but well-thought out and planned for the benefit of the entire family unit particularly the children. The SAI course has served as the next step for many of these students. It’s unlikely that they will enter the general education population; however, SAI courses tend to be closely aligned with regular ones. Only modifications and some accommodation are used in these courses.

To answer the very first question…that began this thread. H_ll to the No. When do we have time to be innocent…we have our whole life to be boring adults. We should protect our innocent ones as long as possible…say at least until…Junior High! Then I would say H_ll yes…they need a good foundation in sex education to help give them proper info and help to safeguard their future. Because from that point on they will have working knowledge…and can make some proper decisions based on that information. And hopefully, the parents will have aided in their own strong beliefs and backings for their family to the child. I chose to home school for many reasons, but the main secular reason is because I live in rural west Virginia. The schools suck and the teachers are of equal quality to their pay scale. Identify the various uses to which population data are put and, therefore, develop an understanding of the importance of and a sense of responsibility towards population census enumeration and the registration of vital statistics.

The truth is that an adequate real estate education is needed in order to help you out along the way because the real estate industry can truly turn on you in a real hurry if you are not prepared. Real estate investments are very likely to yield a generous return if the proper steps are taken, but too many people simply do not have the skills to make these deals happen. These are the people who did not take the time to get a real estate investing education and, therefore, will be more likely to fail when things do not go according to plan. I hate paints because of the mess but on a sunny day, we take the paints outside. I put my son in old clothes and it doesn’t matter if he makes a mess as I get him cleaned up before we go inside. He loves it when we go for a walk, collect some big stones and then go outside to paint them.

I think on-line education depends on the person as to what you can expect to get out of it or the ‘value’ factor. If you are well disciplined and you treat your on-line educational classes and lessons as if you were going to a classroom and doing the work there, you should glean just as much from an on-line education as a traditional in-class experience.
