Our “Modern” Educational System Is Destroying Creativity

Most adults remember their parents warning them as children to wait 30 minutes before taking a swim. Though doctors today say this precaution is totally unnecessary, some uniformed parents continue to give it. Thus, they perpetuate the falsehood into the next generation. I can see that it would be great for a motivated student who just loves to study. I wouldn’t mind taking online courses. Anti-natalist policy: aims at reducing or checking the rate of population growth. Parents can as well help by encouraging their children to cultivate reading habit at home, support them financially, morally and stop collaborating in perpetrating exam malpractices.

Is Compulsory Schooling Unconstitutional?

Over the past twenty-five years, the educational advancement made by women has been significant. The gaps for educational attainment between the genders have all but disappeared for the young women being educated today. While girls still lag somewhat behind boys on mathematical and science achievement, girls in high school average higher grades and reach higher achievement levels in reading and writing compared to same age boys. The discrepancies in achievement by subject persist into adulthood. It has been shown that women between the ages of 16 and 65 achieved higher scores on comprehension and interpretation of prose that similar age men. There were also less women (40 percent) scoring at a low level in these areas compared to men (44 percent). Consistent with finding from earlier ages, women do not score as well as men in number related subjects such as mathematics (Sax, 2008). STD stands for sexually transmitted diseases. They are diseases that are transmitted through unprotected sex with an already infected partner. Literacy involves using reading, writing, speaking, listening, and viewing to gain more knowledge. Without the ability to do any of these skills, there is absolutely no way to acquire more knowledge. Literacy is essential for learning. It is crucial that language arts teachers are not the only ones in the school stressing the importance of literacy. While the language arts teachers may be the only ones truly teaching literacy, it is the job of all educators to facilitate literacy learning. Literacy must come before any other learning can occur, and we cannot grow as a society without literacy.
